ProofReady
by Dog House Ventures LLC · In development
ProofReady is an in-development tool for organizing important documents and their related deadlines so you can assemble a clear, evidence-linked package for review when it matters. It is not yet available, and this page describes the direction we are building toward, not a shipped product.
The problem
Important records and deadlines scatter across folders, email, and memory
Warranties, agreements, filings, and other important paperwork often live in inconsistent places, disconnected from the deadlines that depend on them. When it's time to show what happened and when, reconstructing that story from scratch is slow and stressful. ProofReady is being built to help you keep the documents and their context together, before you need them under pressure.
How it's designed to work
Local-First, Document-by-Document, Human-Reviewed
The same principles behind every Dog House Ventures product: your records stay on your device, and you stay in control of what counts as confirmed.
Local-first organization
Designed to keep documents and working files on your device rather than defaulting to a remote account.
Documents and deadlines
Bring important records and their related deadlines into one place instead of scattered folders and reminders.
Human-controlled review
You review what goes into an organized package. Nothing is assembled or finalized without your confirmation.
Concept
A Proof Package You Can Review and Share
The current direction for ProofReady centers on a "Proof Pack"—an organized, source-linked export of the documents and confirmed details you've reviewed, built for handing to whoever needs to see the evidence: a counterparty, a professional, or your own records. This concept may change before release.
Boundaries
What ProofReady is not
- Not available yet—there is no public release, sign-up, or shipping date to announce.
- Not legal advice and not a substitute for a licensed attorney or professional.
- Organizing your records does not by itself prove a legal conclusion or outcome.
- Not a general-purpose cloud document store—the design goal is local-first control.
ProofReady is developed and published by Dog House Ventures LLC, the same company behind Investment Vault. Read more about the company or get in touch.
